Medium to firm pressure is applied across your muscles with the aim of realigning the tissue fibres and releasing any adhesions (areas of rigid tissue) that are causing you discomfort or pain.

The Aromatherapy Remedial Massage Treatment can be specially customised using remedying pure essential oils which are blended with our wellness carrier oil to create a uniquely therapeutic massage.
Before your treatment begins, you will be shown a selection of essential oil blends and be able to choose the oil you would like to have as part of your treatment. Each time you visit, you can choose an essential oil that feels energetically aligned with your needs on the day.
