DELIVERY OF PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Evexia Active offers Free Express Shipping for all Australian orders over A$55.
For orders under A$55 the shipping rates are:
Standard Shipping (2-8 business days) - A$12.95
Express Shipping (1-4 business days) - A$19.95
The minimum order spend to qualify for Free Express Shipping and the Standard and Express shipping rates are subject to change at any time, without notice.
Free local pickup of Products orders is available from Horsley Park, New South Wales. Pickup address will be sent once order has been placed. Please email hello@evexiaactive.com.au to request pickup location details, date and time once your order has been placed. All pickup orders must be collected within 7 business days from date of order being placed.
Local delivery of Products orders over A$55 is available at a rate of A$5.95 for areas within a 10km radius of 2557, New South Wales. Please email hello@evexiaactive.com.au to request a delivery date and time once your order has been placed. Delivery date and time must be within 7 business days from date of order being placed. The minimum order spend to qualify for local delivery and the local delivery shipping rate are subject to change at any time, without notice.
All Products orders are usually processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, and are shipped from Horsley Park and Narellan, New South Wales.
Occasionally, due to factors beyond Evexia Active’s control, there may be some delays with processing and delivery timeframes. Evexia Active will always endeavour to have your Products order sent out to you as soon as possible.
You acknowledge that the Purchase Services offered by Evexia Active integrate delivery (the 'Delivery Services') through the use of third-party delivery companies (the 'Delivery Service Providers').
In providing the Purchase Services, Evexia Active may provide you with a variety of delivery options offered as part of the Delivery Services by the Delivery Service Providers. You acknowledge and agree that Evexia Active is not the provider of these delivery options and merely facilitates your interaction with the Delivery Service Providers in respect to providing the Delivery Services.
Evexia Active currently delivers within Australia only, using Australia Post. Evexia Active will issue you with a tracking number via email. If you are not home to receive the delivery it will be delivered to a safe drop location.
In the event that an item is lost or damaged in the course of the Delivery Services, Evexia Active asks that you:
1. Contact the Delivery Service Provider directly within 7 days from date of receipt of delivery to request a refund; and
2. Contact Evexia Active within 7 days from date of receipt of delivery by sending an email to orders@evexiaactive.com.au outlining in what way the Product/s were damaged in transit so we are able to determine if the Delivery Service Provider should be removed from the Purchase Services.
