Our products are 100% Australian made with the highest quality, 100% natural, vegan-friendly, and cruelty-free ingredients. Our packaging is also sustainable, and we encourage you to either reuse or recycle.

Absolutely! Our skincare is formulated to benefit all skin types, including sensitive skin, oily/problematic/blemished skin, dry/dehydrated skin, and mature/ageing skin.

Yes! We pride ourselves on using formulations made up of the highest quality ingredients while also being completely safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Currently, we don’t offer samples or trial sizes of our products. This may be something we will provide in the future. We encourage you to subscribe to our newsletter for updates on this and other perks and promotions.

If you have allergies or skin conditions, please read our ingredients list for each product as we provide full disclosure of all ingredients for each product. We always recommend performing a skin patch test before use as a precaution.

The shelf life for all Exevia Active skincare products is 12 months unopened and 6 months after opening, and remember to store your products correctly, in a cool, dry place, at less than 30 degrees celsius.

You do not need a GP referral if you are a private client or claiming through Private Health Insurance.

To be eligible for Medicare rebates, you do require a GP referral. Please speak with your GP to discuss whether you are eligible for an Exercise Physiology care plan. We can also provide you with a letter to give to your GP if you wish.

The Energise sessions are the only services covered through Medicare under Exercise Physiology.

The Energise sessions are covered through Private Health Insurance under Exercise Physiology.

The Signature Wellness Massage Treatments are covered through Private Health Insurance under Remedial Massage Therapy.

No, you are only able to make one claim per service either through Private Health Insurance OR Medicare, not both.

A GAP payment is the difference between the cost of the service and the rebate amount. In most cases, Private Health Insurance and Medicare will only rebate a portion of the total cost, so a GAP payment will usually apply to everyone.

The GAP payment can vary depending on your level of Private Health Insurance cover and the current Medicare rebate amount.

We recommend speaking directly with your insurer to find out your eligibility and level of Exercise Physiology and Remedial Massage cover.

Item codes are numbers used by Medicare and Private Health Insurers to process your claim.

The item code for each service will be displayed on your invoice.

We can either make a claim on the spot for you through our online claiming platform or we can issue an invoice for you to make a manual claim directly through Medicare or your Private Health Insurer.

We supply all the necessary exercise equipment needed for your Energise session. Please bring a towel, water bottle and exercise mat, if you have one. We recommend wearing clothes that you feel comfortable exercising in, for example, leggings or trackpants, a crop or sports bra, a singlet or t-shirt, and sneakers.

There are no special requirements for your Massage treatment however for your comfort, we recommend wearing comfortable workout clothes. We also suggest bringing a water bottle and wearing minimal jewellery.

As we are working with your inner intentions and intuition, you simply need to come with an open heart and mind. You can wear any clothing that feels comfortable for you, activewear is usually the best option. If you would like to write anything down, you can also bring along a journal or notepad.
